As Vice President of Marketing, she partners closely with sales and leadership teams to drive qualified lead generation that supports recruiting and clinic growth while strengthening brand visibility and long-term performance. Judy leads demand generation strategies across SEO, SEM, paid and organic digital channels, website optimization, online reputation management, and industry events. Her work is grounded in clear goals and measurable outcomes, with a focus on delivering vetted, sales-ready leads and building scalable marketing programs that adapt as the business grows. She is also known for exploring new opportunities, testing emerging channels, and scaling ideas that demonstrate real potential. Dr. Eric Mueller serves as Vice President of Clinical Operations, leading the Clinical Operations department and the Ambassador Veterinarian team. In this role, he advises executive leadership within Recruiting and Staffing on all medical and clinical aspects of the organization’s operations. His primary focus is ensuring the highest quality standards among veterinarians while providing them with the tools, resources, and support to practice best medicine. Dr. Mueller’s leadership style emphasizes advising, empowering, and delegating, while stepping in when necessary to drive accountability and results. He is known for his strengths in leadership, entrepreneurship, team management, and motivation, as well as his willingness to challenge assumptions and address difficult conversations to foster continuous improvement. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University, where he developed a strong interest in surgery. Licensed in Georgia, he has practiced small-animal medicine in North Atlanta since 2011 and contributed veterinary medical relief efforts during the 2010 Gulf Oil Spill. After 15 years of clinical practice in Atlanta, Dr. Mueller has fulfilled his dream of practice ownership by designing, launching, and operating a mobile veterinary practice in 2013 and a state-of-the-art brick-and-mortar veterinary hospital in 2019. Dr. Mueller later served as Chief Development Officer for the organization that acquired his mobile practice. Currently with Evette, his work directly impacts the success of client hospitals by helping support and retain high-quality veterinary talent. A key initiative Dr. Mueller leads is the Ambassador Program, which gives veterinarians a transparent look inside Evette’s day-to-day clinical operations, in order to set them up for long-term success. Outside of work, Dr. Mueller is active in community service through his church and is passionate about forestry conservation efforts, which help preserve Atlanta as a “City within the Forest. He also enjoys boating, staying physically active, spending time outdoors with his family, and is guided professionally by the values of challenging the status quo, empowering others, and pursuing excellence.
